DARREN NELSEN (b. 1973, Bismarck, ND, USA) is an electroacoustic composer and guitarist located in Roswell, GA. His work has been commissioned by the Iolani School in Hawaii and performed by the New York Miniaturist Ensemble.

Darren founded the Atlanta Composers Blog (2006) and Atlanta Composers Meetup (2007) and is curator of the Atlanta Composers Electronic Music concert series.

He is married to artist, author, and color expert Margie Deeb. They have two dogs.
